Having a much needed night away from the kiddies, and Birthday treat from my hubby. We found Home Lodge to be a lovely and peaceful place to relax. With a bar and restaurant right next door, and a nature reserve right across the road. This was the perfect place to just de-stress and relax. The Gardens are lovely, giving it a cozy feel. Our room was clean and well decorated. With everything we needed. Even a Roku TV so we could just log in, relax and catch up. I really liked that the owners have opted for sustainability, with refill soaps, shampoo, recycling and locally sourced items for the breakfast, like fresh bread and milk. The owners were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Offering advice on the local area and giving us suggestions on places to eat. Shame we were only there for one night, but this is definitely a place we will want to visit again.

Did an overnight stay here in our campervan recently. Lovely little spot to get away. Owners very welcoming and helpful. Pub at side of site also highly recommended! Will definitely be returning in future

I stayed here for 1 night on a business trip and was not disappointed. The owners, Richard and Kerry are outstanding and cant do enough for you. The room I was in was very large, had a comfy bed, sitting table, living area and great shower room. There was fresh bread, milk and fruit in the room which made it so easy for breakfast in the morning. The only disappointment I had was not getting there earlier for a good look around :-). Highly recommended!

Stayed here 24th February and will definitely be returning next time we are in Doncaster. The lodges are beautiful and Kerry is so welcoming.

Kerry and Richard were so welcoming. The "studio" bedroom was immaculate and super comfortable. It was great to relax on a comfortable sofa rather than lying on t he bed! There is a lot of attention to detail for comfort but with a keen eye on the environment. The gardens and grounds are focused on wildlife and sustainability.

What a gorgeous place. We had room 4. I really enjoyed it because there was a piano and played for a few hours just because I could. The owner was also very helpful with information.

What lovely place this is. We stayed here for the first time on Saturday 8th of October. On arrival we were greeted by Richard,with a warm welcome he even showed us around a few other rooms.We we're staying in room 6 which was lovely,the rooms have everything you need. They were spotless. Would highly recommend home farm and lodge wish we had known about it sooner. Kerry and Richard are very lovely friendly people. Can't wait to return which is very soon. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Friendly family run business. Beautiful cottages, excellent parking facilities. Nothing too much trouble for hosts to help with.

An overnight stay for 3 of us. Beautiful apartment in lovely grounds. The house was very clean and well equipped. We were met on arrival and made to feel very welcome.

First night of my 2 day stay completed - this place is wonderful. Clean, quiet, fantastic rooms. Also nice to find a place to stay where it genuinely feels like owners care about the environment. This will now be my first choice location to stay when I am up this way in the future. The only reason to not recommend it would be a fear that it was fully booked when you wanted it! Kerry and Richard the owners have done a fabulous job.

The room was beautifully decorated, immaculate, very comfortable, warm and just delightful. There was a large selection of breakfast items with a pint of fresh milk, a loaf of bread , fresh fruit, cereals, danishes, butter and jams, tea & coffee & biscuits.... A very relaxing and comfortable stay. Highly recommended. Thank you to such wonderful hosts for your attention to detail.

What can I say about home farm lodge,it was our first visit on Saturday the 8th of October and WOW what a gorgeous place it is absolutely lovely, so glad we found this hidden gem. We had room 6 and it was lovely 😍 everything you need is right there fridge, microwave ,toaster,kettle tea coffee and tv. In the fridge were fresh orange juice,milk water yogurts and fruit.Very comfortable king size bed,bathroom was spotless,infact everything was so clean. We have already booked to go again. Can't recommend it highly enough. And kerry and Richard are really lovely people and and very helpful. Even got to look at some of the other rooms by Richard. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After 6 hours of driving with a baby and a toddler in the back, my standards for the hotel room I would collapse in were not very high, but very luckily for me they were reaching for the stars at Home Farm & Lodge. We walked in to a little sitting room, with a gorgeous squashy sofa, a little kitchen, and a piano! Then there were some little stairs up to a beautiful bedroom with an immaculate king sized bed and two singles. The bathroom was beautiful. The complimentary food was delicious. They were really sustainable, and even had local bread for us in the morning. My toddler picked apples, pears and plums in the orchard and my baby loved watching their fountain in their lovely courtyard garden. They were friendly and flexible and we had the best time. I wish we'd booked a week there. Will definitely return.

Absolutely lovely, we had an exceptional experience, the owners are really nice and very helpful, the room we stayed in was really nice and done to a very high specification, the breakfast was superb and stocked with local produce, the grounds/gardens are beautiful and it was nice to sit and have a much needed glass of wine to help us unwind from a busy week. We will definitely be going back, we loved it.

Host is super friendly and welcoming, the room I've been given is great and spacious with fresh breakfast ready for the morning... I can't fault it! Parking is very convenient and the local shops & restaurants are just a few minutes drive away. 100% Recommend

Really comfortable bed and great shower. Room was really lovely and quiet. Not much signal so book taxis before you go! Continental breakfast was great. Would stay again

Just perfect 🥰 Myself and my husband have stayed here overnight and it was perfect. On arrival our room was immaculately clean, and warm and cosy with everything there we needed. Our overnight stay was excellent. The room was beautifully furnished with every facility you could wish for. The gardens were so peaceful and tranquil and Kerry was very welcoming and friendly. We wished that we had been staying for a lot longer!

I haven't stayed at the property but I have booked a stay in August for my parents, for their 36th anniversary. Although the stay is still 2 months away, I wanted to commend Kerry and Richard as they have been so very helpful by providing an abundance of information and have been so accommodating for my parents. I have no doubt in my mind that they are going to love the property and their stay and hopefully, I'll have the pleasure of staying myself one day.
